We ask for 24 hours notice for the initial appointment, but if you require a service urgently, we will certainly do our best to accommodate you. Just give our friendly team a call to discuss what you need.

We are absolutely a pet-friendly service provider! As long as your pets are friendly to us, and let our team do their job. Just let us know ahead of time that a pet (what kind, and what’s their name) is onsite so we can match the right team members to you and your pet.

Our team allows us great coverage across the entire Melbourne metro area. From Werribee to Lilydale, Mornington to Epping, Pakenham to Keilor. We have you covered.

Of course you can. We so ask for as much notice as possible though, preferably at least 48 hours. This gives us the best possible chance to provide you with the same team member on a different day.

Almost always, we do supply everything needed, and we use the most effective, and environmentally safe products on the market. If you have a special product you want, or need us to use, just let us know.

We actually prefer this. Sending the same person to perform your services each time lets you build a real relationship; trust and rapport are earned over time. If you are not happy, or would like to change team members; don’t hesitate in letting us know, and we will arrange someone different to attend your home.

Yes. We will work with you & your service provider to accommodate this in a way that best meets your needs.

For large, irregular jobs, and specialised tasks like exterior windows, we can arrange a separate service with the right people, and equipment to get the job done.

We operate seven days a week, and including public holidays.

For your piece of mind, and ours, we complete thorough background checks on all of our team. This includes Police Checks, and a Working With Children check. All our team also hold First Aid/CPR certificates, and are extensively trained to perform the scheduled tasks at your property. 

We can provide “one-off” or short, medium term care and support for as long as you need us.

Yes, we can. We work with many providers of Government funded services. Just let your provider know you would like to use Star Residential Property for your services.
