Mark Barrowclough
Mark Barrowclough is the Managing Director of Star Residential Care Group, bringing extensive experience in business operations, service delivery and organisational leadership. Mark oversees operational performance, business development, provider partnerships and compliance governance, with a strong focus on quality, accountability and sustainable growth. He works closely with the leadership team to ensure services remain responsive, reliable and aligned with regulatory requirements, while developing strong partnerships that support positive outcomes for clients, providers and the broader community.
Raveesh Dhanee
Raveesh (Danny) Dhanee is the Client Service Coordinator at Star Residential Care Group, bringing extensive experience in service coordination, workforce management and client support. Danny oversees daily rostering, service scheduling and workforce allocation, ensuring services are delivered reliably and efficiently. He works closely with clients, support workers and provider partners to manage service changes, respond to operational needs and maintain continuity of care, with a strong focus on communication, responsiveness, accountability and positive client outcomes.
Jessica Shute
Jessica Shute is the Clinical Coordinator at Star Residential Care Group (SRCG), bringing extensive experience in aged care, clinical oversight and service quality. A Registered Nurse with a Master of Gerontics, Jessica supports SRCG’s commitment to safe, person-centred and compliant service delivery. She works closely with Support Workers, management and provider partners to strengthen clinical governance, workforce capability, documentation and continuous improvement, helping ensure services consistently meet client needs, provider expectations and quality standards.
