Our current nursing and clinical services include:

★ Wound Management: Professional support with wound assessment, monitoring and management to promote healing and maintain skin health.

★ Psychogeriatric Assessment Scale (PAS): Completion of PAS assessments to help identify and understand psychological and behavioural needs in older people.

★ Continence Assessments: Assessments to help identify individual continence needs and support appropriate management strategies.

★ Client Assessments & Referrals: Understanding individual health and care requirements and facilitating referrals to other appropriate health professionals or services.
